Who we share your data with

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. Our customer service team members have access to this information to help support you and respond to your requests. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Your personal information will not be distributed to anyone for any purpose.

Store and Payment Process

Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through WooCommerce’s data storage, databases and the general Woo Commerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment Process

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce temporary stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

For more insight, you may also want to read WooCommerce’s Terms and Conditions or Privacy Statement.

WooCommerce sends payment information to Square Inc. to process your payment to our company. Square Inc. keeps only the transaction data (date, payment method including last 4 digits of card, card holder name, batch number, amount paid, and fee.) This information is stored by Square Inc. on a secure server behind a firewall like all processing companies.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments and contact forms may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
